•  This design and build project was carried out as a direct sub-contractor to Care Haven Ltd.

•  Due to the compact nature of the building emphasis had to be placed on co-ordination of the specialist trades and all services had to be sympathetically blended into the structure of the building.

•  Services included mains distribution, lighting, small power, fire alarms, TV system, data/voice containment and WC ventilation.
