| Advance house was the prelude contract with Thomas Armstrong
carried out before Westminster House on the same site. A three storey building of commercial offices included a five week fit-out period of the first floor which was carried out on time with a high degree of satisfaction. LJJ were responsible for all services including lighting, power, fire alarms, hot and cold water services, heating, ventilation, BMS and data. |
