A negotiated 2-stage tender partnered with Willmott
Dixon which carried on from the Medical Teaching Facility project on the
same site.
The project consisted of high security access equipment to a number of laboratories
including CL3 status.
The mechanical and electrical services included lighting, power, fire alarms,
CCTV, access systems, intruder alarms, data and voice equipment, air conditioning,
ventilation, chilled water, LTHW, space heating and automated controls/BMS.
Plant for the building was contained on the top floor; co-ordination was
carried out to the highest level with services to all floors via set riser
positions. |
