• This design and build project was carried
out as a direct sub-contractor to Care Haven Ltd. LJJ were responsible for
all mechanical and electrical services, lighting, small power, fire alarms,
nurse call, electric heating and plumbing works.
• To accommodate the electric heating which was mostly night
storage a new 24/7 250 HVA power supply was brought into the building.
• Each studio was equipped with its own distribution board that
in turn fed the lighting and power within the studio.
• An addressable fire alarm system was enclosed throughout the
complex. |
