Student Accommodation, Durham University

LJJ were appointed by Laing O’Rourke to carry out the mechanical and electrical works for student accommodation blocks to an exceptionally high standard of finishes.

Independent electrical services were provided to each apartment with a dedicated consumer unit. Main boiler plant provided communal central heating with independent time controllers for all apartments.

Passivent ventilation was utilised throughout with boost switches for each apartment.
