This prestigious project was carried out to a very high
standard as a direct sub-contractor to Willmott Dixon.
The project entailed the fitting out of a new lecture theatre, seminar rooms,
common rooms, offices, P.C. Suite and Dissection suite.
The mechanical and electrical services included lighting, power, fire alarms,
CCTV, air conditioning, ventilation, chilled water, LTHW space heating and
automatic controls/BMS.
On completion of the contract LJJ Ltd undertook to maintain the mechanical
and electrical services for the ongoing year. |
