building situated in a high profile location of Teesside.
• LJJ were responsible for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing
services within the building. Services including lighting, small power,
heating and ventilation were installed throughout the building. The main
contractors were Thomas Armstrong Ltd and the project was completed on time
with a high element of client satisfaction.
